It is a great pleasure, to introduce you our Cultural Center;
The work we do are our contribution to an emerging world
based on cooperation rather than on competition, on
affirmation of the thruth spirit of Aloha, and the certainty that
all humanity is connected... 

Centro's mission is to promote social and economic development,
meet basic human and community needs, and increase cultural
consciousness and understanding among diverse groups
of the community. Supply much needed information and support
for the Brazilian Community in Hawaii.

Educate and promote Brazilian Culture and Traditions.

Live the truth spirit of Aloha inherited from the
Land and Society that embraced us in complete

cooperation, appreciation and care for this place that we now call Home.

Facilitate communication with Organizations locally and around the

world to ensure fair and equitable treatment to everyone.

 OBJECTIVES:

 Promote human dignity, respect for the earth and a sense of belonging
 among members of the community. Provide an opportunity to express
 cultural values through the arts and sports in order to enrich

the community  awareness and appreciation of other cultures,

including the Portuguese  and Japanese in  witch Brazil has so

many cultural ties. Foster civic participation  and  responsibility

in bringing out the common good. Support members of the 

community by providing bilingual information and referral services.
